These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of vrschool.online and its related online courses and services (the “Service”), operated by Sejal Learning Solutions (“SLS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
The Service is intended for learners aged 13 and older. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
2. Enrollment, memberships, and promotional codes
Courses on the Service may be associated with membership levels. From time to time we offer enrollments free of charge through promotional or discount codes. Promotional codes have no cash value, are non-transferable, may be limited in time or quantity, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Where a paid transaction applies, the price and any billing terms will be shown at checkout before you complete enrollment.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) share, resell, or redistribute course content except as expressly permitted; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ accounts; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Service; or (e) use automated means to access the Service in a manner that places an unreasonable load on it.
4. Intellectual property and course content
The Service and its content, including courses, text, graphics, video, and software, are owned by SLS or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the courses you are enrolled in for your own personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the content except as expressly permitted.
5. User content
If the Service allows you to submit content (such as responses or comments), you retain ownership of it and grant SLS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the rights to submit it.
