This Privacy Policy explains how Sejal Learning Solutions (“SLS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit or use vrschool.online and its related online courses and services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who we are
The Service is operated by Sejal Learning Solutions, an online education provider. If you have any questions about this policy or your information, contact us at privacy@vrschool.online.
2. Information we collect
- Account & registration information — such as your name, email address, username, and password when you create an account or enroll in a course.
- Enrollment & membership information — the courses and membership levels you sign up for, and any promotional or discount codes you apply. Many enrollments are offered free of charge through promotional codes; where a paid transaction occurs, payment is processed by a third-party payment processor and we do not store full payment card details.
- Learning activity data — your progress, completions, quiz responses, and similar learning records generated as you use courses. Some of this activity may be recorded as experience data (xAPI) in a learning record store to support your progress and analytics.
- Usage & device information — information automatically collected when you use the Service, such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and referring URLs, including via cookies and similar technologies.
- Communications — information you provide when you contact us for support.
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service and your account;
- To enroll you in courses and apply membership levels and promotional codes;
- To track and display your learning progress and completions;
- To communicate with you about your account, enrollments, and support requests;
- To understand how the Service is used and to improve it;
- To maintain the security and integrity of the Service; and
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand usage of the Service. We may use analytics tools to measure traffic and engagement. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the Service:
- Service providers — including cloud hosting and content-delivery providers (such as Microsoft Azure), email/notification providers, analytics providers, and a learning record store, who process information on our behalf;
- Payment processor — where a paid transaction occurs, to complete the payment;
- Legal & safety — when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, the public, or SLS.
6. Children’s and teens’ privacy
The Service is intended for learners aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it.
If you are between 13 and 18, you should use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided us personal information without their consent may contact us at privacy@vrschool.online to review, update, or delete it.
7. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account as described below.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us at privacy@vrschool.online. You may also update certain account information directly within the Service.
10. International users
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries that may have different data-protection laws than your own.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
